For founders who are building the next stage
The mentoring relationship can help you step back from day-to-day pressure and work through the decisions that shape a growing business. Depending on what is most pressing, we may explore consultative selling, ideal customers, value proposition, pricing, negotiation, pipeline, cash generation, team structure, delegation, priorities or the founder’s own role as the business evolves.
A relationship that adapts over time
Mentoring is often more open-ended than coaching because the needs of a professional or founder change as circumstances evolve. We agree how to work together and adjust the rhythm to the situation. Some periods may call for regular conversations; others may need focused work on a particular decision. The aim is to help you build capability and confidence, not dependence on a mentor.
A partner in perspective, not a formal business partner
I aim to be a trusted external counterpart: someone who understands the context, remembers the decisions and can challenge assumptions with honesty and care. This does not mean becoming a shareholder, taking over an executive role or making decisions on your behalf. The relationship is personal, direct and clear about responsibilities.
When mentoring moves towards advisory
Sometimes a mentoring conversation reveals that a more direct contribution would be useful. If so, we discuss it openly. Advisory may involve analysing a specific issue, developing recommendations or working alongside you on a practical challenge. It is a possible evolution of the relationship, not an automatic stage or a separate promise in every engagement.
One-to-one, primarily online
All mentoring is delivered directly by me, on a one-to-one basis. I am based in Madrid and work primarily online with clients across Spain and internationally. In-person meetings in Madrid can be arranged when they are useful and practical.
Start with a conversation
A free introductory conversation of around 15–20 minutes gives us the opportunity to understand your situation, clarify what you are looking for and assess whether my experience is relevant. It is not a free mentoring session or a consulting diagnosis.
