Questions people often ask
A few answers to help you decide whether this kind of support fits what you need.
What is the difference between coaching, mentoring and advisory?
In coaching I facilitate your reflection and your own answers. In mentoring I share experience and learning. In advisory I provide analysis and concrete recommendations. We are explicit about the role I am taking.
Do you only work with executives?
No. I work with professionals, leaders, people in career transition and entrepreneurs.
How long does a process take?
It depends on the objective and starting point. Coaching is usually a defined process; mentoring can evolve over a longer period. There is no one-size-fits-all package.
How often do sessions take place?
We will define the frequency together. As a general guideline, sessions will take place every 10–15 days at the beginning of the process and every 3–4 weeks during its second half. It is important to leave enough time between sessions for you to explore and put your new learning into practice, and to let “things happen”.
Are sessions online or in person?
I work primarily online. I am based in Madrid and, for clients who are also in Madrid, I generally plan a minimum of two in-person sessions in Madrid. We can combine the rest online as appropriate for the process.
What is the investment?
I prepare a tailored proposal after understanding the context, objectives and scope. The investment reflects the process and intended impact, not simply the number of hours.
Is the process confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality and a safe space are essential conditions of the process.
Start a conversation
Perhaps the first step is simply a conversation.
You do not need to know yet whether coaching, mentoring or advisory is the right response. Start by telling me what is happening and what you would like to change. Then we can see whether it makes sense for me to support you.
