Executive coaching for the moments that matter

Executive Coaching

A focused, individual coaching process for professionals and leaders who need to make an important decision, take on greater responsibility or find a more effective way forward.

Madrid · Primarily online · Spanish & English

Executive coaching is a structured professional conversation that helps you think more clearly about the situation you are facing, examine assumptions, explore options and decide what you want to do next. My role is not to make decisions for you or to give you a ready-made answer. It is to create the space and challenge that help you reach your own conclusions and turn them into meaningful action.

Exclusively one-to-one work

No courses, group programmes or mass sessions. The process is shaped around your situation.

Who I work with

Professionals preparing for their next step

You want to progress, change role or sector, or understand what is needed to move towards a more senior position.

Newly appointed managers and leaders

You have taken on greater responsibility and want to develop confidence, judgement and an effective way of leading.

Experienced professionals facing a difficult situation

You are dealing with organisational complexity, challenging relationships, competing priorities or a decision that feels difficult to resolve.

People navigating a career transition

You know that your current path needs to change, but want to explore the options and make a conscious decision about what comes next.

What we can work on

The process starts with an objective that matters to you. Depending on your situation, we may work on career direction, readiness for promotion, leadership, communication, stakeholder relationships, confidence in a new role, decision-making or a professional transition. We define meaningful outcomes together and review progress as the work develops.

How the process works

The work is individual and tailored; there is no standard programme applied to everyone. We begin by understanding your context and agreeing what you want to achieve. Sessions create space for reflection, challenge and decisions, with preparation and follow-up where useful. The number and frequency of sessions depend on the objective and the situation; many coaching processes are time-bounded, but the scope is agreed with you.

My approach

I completed my Executive Coaching certification at Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2025 through an ICF-accredited programme. My coaching work follows the professional standards of the International Coaching Federation. I also bring 26 years of international corporate experience, which helps me understand the organisational realities surrounding many executive challenges. That experience informs my questions and context; it does not replace your ownership of the decisions.

One-to-one, primarily online

I work directly with each client, exclusively on a one-to-one basis. The process is primarily online, making it possible to work together across Spain and internationally. I am based in Madrid and can arrange in-person meetings when they add value and circumstances allow.

Coaching, mentoring or advisory?

Coaching helps you develop your own thinking and decisions. Mentoring brings relevant experience, perspective and resources into the conversation. Advisory is a more direct form of involvement, with analysis and recommendations when appropriate. We make the distinction explicit; coaching is not quietly turned into advice.

Start with a conversation

A free introductory conversation of around 15–20 minutes helps us understand what brings you here and whether working together makes sense. It is a chance to explore fit and ask questions, not a full coaching session.

LET’S TALK

Start a conversation

Perhaps the first step is simply a conversation.

You do not need to know yet whether coaching, mentoring or advisory is the right response. Start by telling me what is happening and what you would like to change. Then we can see whether it makes sense for me to support you.
