A career built through continuous learning and corporate experience
For 26 years I have worked in international corporate environments, leading teams, businesses and transformation. Today I bring that experience to professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs.
Professional experience
I have held roles including Project Director, Operations Director, Business Development Director and General Manager, as well as non-executive board responsibilities in international subsidiaries in Iceland and Sweden. I have worked across security, logistics, telecommunications and construction, led organisations of more than 250 people and held business responsibility exceeding USD 10 million in annual revenue. I have lived and worked abroad as an expatriate for 11 years, including in Chile, Italy, France and Germany, while also leading internationally distributed teams remotely.

How I see this work
I do not separate professional experience from the human dimension. I care about helping people think more clearly, make conscious decisions and turn them into tangible progress. Coaching, mentoring and advisory are distinct disciplines; being transparent about the role I am taking is part of my commitment.

From coachee to coach
More than fifteen years ago I first experienced coaching from the client’s chair. That experience stayed with me. Over time, after using coaching tools as a leader and seeing their impact, I decided to take the next step: train formally and move intentionally from being a coachee to becoming a coach.
This is not a sudden reinvention. It is the result of a long process of reflection about how I want to approach a new chapter of my professional life: helping others with perspective, substance and real business experience.
Ultimately, I help drive change both directly within organisations and through the people who lead them.
